This Blog's for You

I have entered the blogging universe. This will be a work in progress for some months to come so bear with me on my blogging journey. My reasons for starting this blog are many. First, I wanted to have a unique and engaging way of connecting with all the members of our SURGE group. Secondly, I wanted you guys to be able to have a site you could go to and connect with each other, whether it is through sharing photos or videos or simply chatting with one another. Lastly, but not least, I want to be able to use this blog to help you in your spiritual walk. In 1 Timothy 4:12, 16, Paul wrote to his young brother in Christ, "Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will both save yourself and those who hear you." Don't forget these words. Let them soak in and meditate on them. Your friends are watching you. What do they see?
